When i was a little girl and someone asked me what i wanted to be when i grew up i don’t think i said “i want to be an artist.” In college, i enrolled in every art history course offered with aspirations of curating and later in my on again/ off again affair with higher education i imagined myself becoming a travel writer.

Now years later, my art heroes are mostly undiscovered ones and my travel writing has become bathtub reading. i would still be on a corporate path if wasn’t for my son, Chris.
Several years ago, i started making collage cards around Christmas for family and friends.
Chris thought that we should get these out into the universe. So in 2001, he sold his electric guitar and gave me the money for the first printing.
Now they are sold in over six hundred shops and museums across the United States, Sweden and the Bahamas.
